Yet still many people look at what she has
been able to accomplish and begin to
doubt that she is from a community that is
sometimes labelled as “small” and a place
where nothing good can come from. To get
past these labels Amy proposes that we
use her own techniques of setting realistic
standards for yourself. These standards give
you something to strive towards and when
they are realistic they become something
you won’t give up on halfway because
you can see yourself actually achieving it
and focus your attention on reaching it.
Remember strength is as much mental as it
is physical so take control of how you think.
When Amy was asked if she thinks of herself a
