Pros:

-You get a more personalized education.

-In general, the people you meet in homeschool co-ops are less click-ish and more genuine than people in public and private schools.

-Your schedule is very flexible.

-It’s easier to identify and address areas you’re having problems with.

-You don’t have the negative influence of the secular schooling system.

Cons:

-If you’re not involved in a homeschool group or outside activities, you can start to feel lonely and isolated.

-Sometimes it can be harder to concentrate since you’re in a relaxed home environment.

-Since your mom is your teacher, it can lead to more fighting and disagreeing between you both.

-It can be a bit more difficult to get the required amount of credits and meet all the requirements for your state.

-It could potentially be harder to get into a prestigious university.
