1. set 5 goals every month. after this list you’re already done with January! if you set goals each month it can help not be so overwhelming, and you can use these as steps to reach the final goal.

2. make your bed every morning. This may seem like a silly goal but if you make your bed, you already seem so much more accomplished and you won’t be tempted to crawl back in it in the mornings.

3. stay Hydrated! drink the full amount of water you need per day. this varies per person but some good starters are 8 glasses a day or 1/2 your weight in ounces

4. start journaling! try journaling in the morning or at night before you go to bed!

5. learn something new! whether its to cook, a language, or a new skill.
