5. use sticky notes and highlighters, you can even use them in you're new planner ;)

6. have realistic expectations, i you set goals like "I'm going to lose 30 punds in one month" sure MAYBE you can do it, but even with a plan it will be a longshot. Or saying things like "I'm gonna clean the whole house tomroow" when you're own room hasn't been clean for months.

7. Don’t wait until the day before the due date to begin any assignment. DUH!

8. Make a nightly habit of packing your book bag, being sure that your alarm clock is set for the correct time, and deciding what you’ll wear the next morning. This really cuts down on stress in the morning if you wake up late and you could even catch a couple more minutes of sleep!
