We are glad to announce
that the park in Thatchfield
Close, next to Heights, will
be completed soon with new
exciting gardens, benches and
a jungle gym for the children.
HOUSE NUMBERS
House numbers in Thatchfield Estate still remain a
problem. In our previous edition, we referred to the
Rules of Conduct which clearly state that owners are
required to display the street number on their house.
An inspection will be done early next year to determine
which houses do not comply. Owners who have failed to
install house numbers will be fined. The Estate Manager
will then install a number and all costs accociated
therewith will be added to the owner’s levy account.
ELECTRIC FENCE
We constantly have to repair
or respond to false alarms
on our perimeter electric
fencing due to overhanging
or swaying branches. We
appeal to residents residing
next to the perimeter to
assist by keeping trees and
shrubs trimmed and away
from the wires so as not to
touch them.
