For my film, I wanted to create something more thought-provoking than your standard ad campaign. So I decided to theme my video around why music is important and the value of experiences you can have at music events. Music is something that everyone can enjoy and it is very personal as everyone has their own individual taste.

I wanted my video to have quite a 'raw' aesthetic and authentic feel so I incorporated my own footage from music events and applied an old VCR cam filter to them. As well as this I used videos of my friends from the photo shoots I did to advertise the product. To give the video that personal feel I recorded interviews with my friends asking them their thoughts on music and music events.

The video would first be unveiled at the launch party and would then be posted on That Cool Girl's social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram). It would also be used on YouTube ads and would play on the homepage of the website.

The video would open up a discussion about why music is important to people and why they go to music events. People would be encouraged to tweet their thoughts using #TCG or to leave a comment below the video. This would help to give my brand more of a community feel.
