THEM!
Love Endures ALL things!
Love waits. Love doesn't set dead lines. Love doesn't keep count. Love doesn't rush them. Love doesn't push or threaten them. Love doesn't show them how it feels. Love doesn't
ensure that they recognize. Love keeps you prayerful for the individual. Love keeps you patient with the individual. Love keeps you persistent with the individual.
And the deal is, this not how we are to behave with just our closest family members or 2-3 the of saints at the church. This is the kind of love everyone who encounters us should experience. This is the kind of love that allows people to recognize GOD is truly living and reigning inside of your heart. This is the kind of love that John says:
We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren.
I John 3:14
And Jesus says,
By this all men will know that you are My disciples, if you love one another.”
John 13: 15
Believe me when I say I KNOW this isn't simple. Believe me when I say it can seem impossible and the truth of the matter is, it is impossible within and of ourselves. Dr. Martin Luther King was REVEREND Dr. Martin Luther King. God's power and presence allowed him and many others (black and white) to love those that hated them, do good to those who did evil to them, and allowed revenge to rest in the hands of the Creator of the souls. It's powerful to witness and impossible to ignore but that's the kind of triumph that takes place over SATAN when we function with the Love of Christ!
Let us pray:
Dear God,
Your word tells us that nothing is impossible with YOU. Your word tells us that we are to be conformed into Christ's image. And as He was able to pray, '..forgive them for they know not what they do..' We ask for the same mind, the same strength, the same power and the same love. I pray for testimonies to come forth and for people to come to know You from the new level of love we are asking You to grace us to walk in. These things we ask in Jesus' name. AMEN!!
