9. What is your role in the world around you?
I believe my role in the world around me is to be a great communicator. I do this by working with students, hosting a talk show, writing books, and coaching others on how to become great speakers. I once struggled a lot with speaking, writing, and communication, but when I went back to graduate school, I worked hard to blossom in these areas. I plan to pass along the gift of communication to others for as long as I am able to do so. My goal is to make a difference in one person’s life each day.” We never know by the words we say, whose life we can change” Rosalyn Kahn
Question 10: What is your advice to aspiring entrepreneurs?
My advice for aspiring entrepreneurs would be to seek mentors and ask for help. I would also recommend staying organized, communicating, and not being afraid. Many people are afraid to make phone calls or to network. I say don’t be afraid. It’s more important to have these experiences and fail than to remain afraid and wonder what could have been.
Question 11: How did you get to where you are today?
I have many people to thank for where I am today. First off, my late father always encouraged me to speak and to develop my speaking skills. I would also like to thank other members of my family for their constant support and encouragement. I would like to thank my former producer, Lissa Pacheco-Chow, for giving me a chance in the TV world. I would also like to thank my assistant, Annamarie Buonocore, who has worked diligently to help me get my ventures off the ground.
12. How do you want to be remembered?
I would like to be remembered as a strong, compassionate person who always cared about others. I would like to be thought of as a talented speaker, great communicator, and a person with a great story to tell.
