Strong and Stable has a fully-equipped Pilates studio and dedicated yoga space. Our instructors
are PMA Certified Pilates Teachers and Yoga Alliance 200 hour Registered Instructors. We offer
a great approach to strengthening and balancing your body in a small, personal environment,
not a health club setting.
