Territory Management
This section is designed to help you gain a better
understanding of your new territory and its “Drivers”. During
this workshop you will work with your Regional Manager to
identify advantaged Managed Care accounts and develop a
“Must Win” list of 10 physicians based on market volume and
payor opportunities. You will then work with your manager to
develop a tactical plan for the identified providers.
