• Effectively plans, executes and measures business goals and personal
development objectives.
• Identifies key decision makers and customer targets through the use of
IMS and other available data and sets priorities accordingly.
• Successfully organizes and deploys resources (people, funding, material,
support, etc.) within an assigned geography.
• Effectively creates and executes efficient territory routing and call plan
strategies in support of organizational goals.
• Follows Company processes and procedures; completes required tasks in
a timely manner according to company policy (e.g., expense reports, call
tracking, call and activity reports, system synchronization, call notes,
sample paperwork and inventories, etc.).
