What was a wonderful holiday for me was more stressful for my workmates, all of whom have worked extremely hard in my absence. I owe a very sincere thank you to them all, but particularly Caroline Moss, who took my place at Koba in Seoul, and senior editor James Ling, who kept the editorial department running smoothly. I’m lucky to work alongside such great people. James also deserves a hearty congratulations this month, as he is celebrating the tenth anniversary of the magazine he edits, Pro Audio Middle East. If you don’t usually read PAME, then make this issue your rst – as with all Blank Canvas titles, you can nd a digital version on the Pro Audio Social Stream (PASS). Speaking of which, this month marks another important anniversary, that of the launch of PASS itself. Exactly one year ago, this column introduced the industry to its own social network, developed as an app for iOS devices. Since then, thousands of people have signed up, but we’ve been asked one question more than any other – when will it be available for other platforms, such as Android or PC? I’m glad to say that the answer is now. Over the rst months of this year we have been working once again alongside Create Digital Media to bring PASS to the web, meaning the Pro Audio Social Stream can be used direct in your browser, on any device or desktop computer. Now it’s easier than ever to use, and you can nd out more on page 30. I look forward to seeing you on the stream.
