Nineteen Club looks to
Martin Audio for success
VIETNAM: A Martin Audio Sound
system has been installed into
Nineteen Club in Hanoi, Vietnam.
The new system is described by
the club owner, Vu Anh Phong, as
being vital to ensuring he betters the
competition. The project was carried
out by Duc Proaudio Company who
opted to replace the entire existing
sound system.
The venue has been billed as
Hanoi’s hottest new nightclub and
bar. Situated right in the centre of
the Vietnamese capital, Mr Phong
believes it has set a standard for
other clubs in the area to emulate.
Before deciding which system he
ideally wanted, he took a trip to the
south of the country to try and learn
the reason behind the phenomenal

concerns about the signi cant
level of media and activity around

loudspeakers.
‘The fact that Martin Audio
contributes to these clubs’ dramatic
success, with the considerable
number of guests visiting every night,
was evident.’ he explained.
He subsequently contacted Pham
Duy Duc, director of Duc Proaudio
Company, who designed and quoted
for the project based on Martin
Audio components. The new system
comprises of 14 Blackline F15+ full
range loudspeakers and eight S218+
subwoofers, controlled by ampli ers
consisting of four MA5.2K, four
MA3.0, and a DX1.5 dedicated digital
signal processor.
The installation took ve days to
complete before being unleashed
upon a 500 strong crowd. ‘I am
absolutely satis ed with my decision
to upgrade the sound system and
can now feel the true power of Martin
Audio,’ Mr Phong concluded.

‘We were bought in to support
in an operational role that day,’
added Mr Wright. ‘After training by
Jands, we had two staff install the
demo system and we operated
the system on the day. There were
only four wireless microphones
used – two handhelds and two
lapels – that performed awlessly.
It was de nitely the correct
solution.’
