NEWS Nineteen Club looks to Martin Audio for success VIETNAM: A Martin Audio Sound system has been installed into Nineteen Club in Hanoi, Vietnam. The new system is described by the club owner, Vu Anh Phong, as being vital to ensuring he betters the competition. The project was carried out by Duc Proaudio Company who opted to replace the entire existing sound system. The venue has been billed as Hanoi’s hottest new nightclub and bar. Situated right in the centre of the Vietnamese capital, Mr Phong believes it has set a standard for other clubs in the area to emulate. Before deciding which system he ideally wanted, he took a trip to the south of the country to try and learn the reason behind the phenomenal Nineteen Club in Hanoi has installed a complete Martin Audio sound system The venue has been billed as Hanoi’s hottest new nightclub and bar 14 Blackline F15+ full range loudspeakers were hung from the ceiling success of the more famous clubs in Ho Chi Minh City. He noticed a common theme, namely that AUSTRALIA: The PA People has installed a Shure Axient Wireless Management Network into Taronga Zoo in Sydney. With the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge attending the zoo as part of their recent Australian tour, The PA People – which has worked with zoo for several years providing installed audio systems – had expressed concerns about the signi cant level of media and activity around several had opted for Martin Audio loudspeakers. ‘The fact that Martin Audio contributes to these clubs’ dramatic success, with the considerable number of guests visiting every night, was evident.’ he explained. He subsequently contacted Pham Duy Duc, director of Duc Proaudio Company, who designed and quoted for the project based on Martin Audio components. The new system comprises of 14 Blackline F15+ full range loudspeakers and eight S218+ subwoofers, controlled by ampli ers consisting of four MA5.2K, four MA3.0, and a DX1.5 dedicated digital signal processor. The installation took ve days to complete before being unleashed upon a 500 strong crowd. ‘I am absolutely satis ed with my decision to upgrade the sound system and can now feel the true power of Martin Audio,’ Mr Phong concluded. www.martin-audio.com hopping to ensure a line always remains working,’ explained Dave Wright, technical account manager event communications for The PA People.
