Triple Creek Ranch Development – Mark Harrison informed the Board that he has been approached by Josh
Peters and Steve Wolford with Weibring/Wolford Design about a new 1,500 acre housing / golf course
development in McLendon-Chisholm, located east of Rockwall. Plans call for the golf course being semi-private.
The developer is a company by the name of Nobel / Kidd – done one other golf course development in Florida
