Sustainability
Recycled and treated greywater from the nearby
Potsdam water treatment works is treated
and disinfected and then temporarily stored
in a central treatment mini plant installed in
the lower basement. The water is fed via a
separate distribution pipeline system to each
unit’s bathrooms for the flushing of toilets.
This system effectively re-uses grey water and

alleviates the pressure on natural clean drinking
water resources.
Interiors
Each apartment has been designed to optimise
views, light and to provide a generosity of space
that extends to the provision of ample terraces.
The finishes are split into two main options; a
cool palette, with whites, light greys, and high
gloss finishes, and a warm palette characterised
by natural and rustic tones. The apartment mix
consists largely of two-bedroom units, with one-
bedroom apartments in the lowest wing adjacent
to Axis Lane, three-bedroom units on the corners
and five penthouses on the top three floors.
