Precinct’s pedestrian network. This ground floor
activity creates a public destination that completes
the series of interconnected public spaces through
the precinct and leads into the building’s sheltered
courtyard - forming a chasm of sorts at the core
of the structure. A series of transparent glazed
commercial spaces surround the courtyard and
provide 360º views. The courtyard spills out onto
secure landscaped gardens; providing a place to
enjoy sundowners and picturesque views.

The Site
The site is located in Century City, Cape Town,
in the western portion of mixed-use Bridgeways
Precinct, edged by Sable and Ratanga Roads.

are twin commercial developments Sable
Park (occupied by Discovery, MTN, ICLEI,
Byte Orbit, Sasfin and TAL) and Bridge Park
(occupied by ABSA) - both of which were also
