apply to third level programmes at Institutes
of Technology or Universities through
the Higher Education Links Scheme. The
programme provides an ideal platform for
progression from the Leaving Certificate and
for those who want an extra year to study
and explore a specific vocational area. PLC
courses are also ideal for adults returning to
further education and training.
