Tools
ONLY when an individual person purchases a Blob Tree Tool
from www.BlobTree.com
or from my publisher, http://www.speechmark.net/giant-blob-tree-poster or from http://www.lulu.com/shop/ian-long-pip-wilson/blob-school/ebook/product17544513.html
do they have permissions to use it with all individuals and groups who they
are directly working with themselves.
This includes digital projection and photocopying/distribution to each person present
as needed.
There are NO permissions given for sharing/distributing it to anyone else as it infringes copyright.
If a request is made to network/intranet a Blob Tool on linked computers, such as
an office/school etc, there is an additional permissions fee charged in addition to
purchase cost.
The Blob Tree Communication Tools Copyright Permissions for Intranet and
Virtual Learning Environments (VLE)
re ALL Intranet / Virtual Learning Environment Technologies. Copyright Permissions
will be granted on payment of a fee for each Blob Tree Tool to be used.
1. The Blob product will need to be purchased from www.BlobTree.com which then
includes permissions for the purchaser to use with individuals and groups they
are directly working with.
2. An Intranet fee is charged per Blob Tree Tool for up to 5 Intranet/VLE stations =
£75.00
3. Restrictions need to be in place to ensure that Blob products are not copied and
distributed electronically.
4. Permissions will be granted to publish a full size Blob Tool in a book/product on
payment a copyright fee.
5. Permissions will be granted without a fee if the book/product publishes only a
small version alongside agreed credits and source.
6. Permissions are never given to distribute electronically or any website/internet
communications. Permissions will be given freely to use a small, supplied version,
on the internet alongside agreed credits and source.
7 Permissions to include a copy of a product in a 'not for sale' publication such as a
University dissertation need to be sought from me as special Permissions apply.
