KENYAN WOMEN A time comes in my life when i look back and a sigh of relief is all that my chest is capable to puff. Deep inside me is a haunted past that i have been able to elude and seek refuge from my studies. A past so clouded and tainted with these 'women' out there that many of us call mothers. Like animals of prey, they are keen and sharp to the ways of the faint in heart. We are blinded to their cunning ways with the illusion of "single parenthood". Ghosts of the past have taken them under siege and it is only by the Grace that they will be redeemed. Parading your thirsty before them is like dipping a finger inside an ant hole full of biting ants. A wicked smile always crosses my face whenever a lady introduces herself as a single mother. Taking my number from random friends and calling me in the middle of the night, just to tell me that am handsome and good for their friend is so lame. Help me God for the next time i come across you in the streets, i will smack sense into that thick head of yours. You should not be calling me at that time of the night, shush and lull your prince/princess to slumber. To my brothers out there, be very wary and keep it to yourselves. Word has it that the ladies you take to be your friends are accomplices to these lonesome. We should exercise an admirable amount of patience with the lone rangers.
