SmartClean™
Where: Channel | SmartClean™
The SmartClean™ filter is an optional module for Color Factory that is used for removing noise in
pictures from digital cameras and scanners without blurring the end result.
Enabling SmartClean™ in Color Factory
Since SmartClean™ is an optional module it must be enabled using a product key. To enter the product
key, start the FotoWare Admin Console, open the Help menu and choose Activate options… The
Activation Wizard will then start and guide you through the activation.
Configuring SmartClean™
Optional module!
SmartClean™ is configured by creating filters that look for specific content in metadata fields to
determine which filter should be applied to each image. Thus, you can create different filters for pictures
from different cameras and scanners.
