Content of Training
This workshop will give practising managers the knowledge, skills and confidence to apply best practice in managing projects. Increasingly organisations need to assemble project teams quickly to manage the constantly changing customer and market demands and a cohesive and motivated project team is essential if projects are to achieve their objectives. It is made up of two key elements • Effective Project management and Reviewing your own ability as a project Manager, which enable participants to understand, develop and demonstrate knowledge and skills in project management.
Assessment
Delegates will complete an assignment, which will be marked by the assessor, internally verified by the IV before certification is awarded via ILM.

Course Entry Criteria
The workshop would be suitable for Managers who have recently taken on a wider role and may be responsible for supervisors/team leaders. However, managers who have been in a role at this level for some time, but may have little or no formal management training will benefit from attending.
