including tack, is used. The health
and welfare of your mount is also
central to your holiday’s enjoyment
and you don’t want to be in a group
so large that not everyone gets the
attention that they might need. If you
are joining a group as a single traveller

companions will be of a similar age
and riding ability.

Duncryne Equitation and Trekking
Centre is a family run business with
a great choice of activities to suit all
levels, including trekking over lovely
countryside and riding and jumping
lessons for the more experienced
riders. They can even create a package
to suit individuals or groups.
This is a fully licensed riding school
and is approved by the Trekking and
Riding Society of Scotland and the
Association of British Riding Schools.

and other activities. Bear this in
mind when making your insurance
arrangements. Finally, you may need
visas and health jabs, check on the
requirements of the country you are
travelling to, but if booking through a
