HOW TO PURCHASE Member must pay at the tills in the warehouse in the usual manner . Order form must be given to the cashier and the Customers Reference number will be printed in top right hand corner . Member must activate order using the Vendor telephone number ( above ) quoting Costco ’ s Direct Delivery Reference Number , Item Number , Item Description , Quantity , Delivery Address and a Contact Telephone Number . ( Failure to call to activate an order will result in a delay in the delivery ). N . B . Order must be activated within 1 month of purchase or the order may become unavailable or be subject to different costing .
DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS Member should retain the validated Order Form with receipt . After activating your order you will be contacted by the Vendor to arrange delivery .
DELIVERY EXCEPTION Delivery is subject to access . In the event suitable access is not available the delivery agent reserves the right to refuse delivery and Costco will refund purchaser ’ s money in full . Members are encouraged to take prompt delivery of their product once order is activated . Vendors are not permitted to store product for extended periods .
DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE TO BE COMPLETED AT TIME OF DELIVERY : It is the members responsibility , or their designated representative ( 18 years or over ), to carefully inspect the product being delivered to make sure it is free from defects and in good condition before signing delivery form . Any collection / exchange may be subject to further delivery charges .
CUSTOM OR MODIFIED PRODUCT RETURNS & REFUNDS I understand that I am ordering services and / or custom product ( s ) that cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has begun . Orders cannot be returned or refunded , except for warranty repair / replacements due to failure to meet the specification as agreed .
Please note : If you wish to cancel your order please notify the Vendor within 7 days of signing the Sales Agreement .
RETURNS & REFUNDS For all products , call the vendor on the above number . Depending on the status of your order , the Vendor will advise you whether your merchandise will be collected , or to arrange alternative methods for return . You will then be issued an authorisation number to enable you to collect your refund at your local Costco Warehouse .
