Through an insurance policy, Richard Giaquinto, Ph.D., Associate Professor
and Chair of the Education Department, created the Giaquinto Family
Scholarship, named in honor of his parents.

I’m not talking financially; I’m talking the graduates. The kids
come prepared and all we have to do is polish them up a little bit.
And when we do, at graduation, they’re different people.

attend this college, who work hard and believe in what they do.
I know whoever gets my scholarship is going to change somebody’s
life significantly in this city. I really believe that, because it’s
already happening.
