What do you think is the most significant barrier to female leadership ?
Due to family life as well as personal choice , sometimes it is difficult for women to take the risks and sacrifices needed to be a successful business leader . I see more opportunities now than in the past to provide support and resources to achieve equity . I have seen many professional women advance in business even with the odds stacked against them .
