Describe a major business or other challenge you ’ ve experienced and how you resolved it .
The first employee I hired , Natalie Pugh , passed away after a lengthy battle with cancer . Natalie continued working until the very end of her life and we miss her terribly . You realize that your work team is really your family and as a team we suffered the loss of a very passionate leader at our agency . I am proud to say we are currently working on establishing an Early Education Scholarship in Natalie ’ s honor and I am proud that her legacy will continue through a deserving student in our community .
