Describe a failure , what lesson you learned and how it made you stronger .

The demands of the business are so intense that it is hard sometimes to find balance . At times , I have had to work seven days a week , and most times , two shifts per day . It has been an adjustment to continue to find quality time outside of work with family and friends .

What do you think is the most significant barrier to female leadership ?

Confidence : You must arm yourself with knowledge and be prepared to stand your ground when needed . You have to own it every single day and go for it every chance you get . This is not extremely common .
