TROPHIES & AWARDS We are all in this together A common cold that appeared at the end of last year, from a traditional bat soup in a common Chinese market managed to totally transform the existence of the world. In a short time, everything that seemed normal until now became either forbidden, restructured, limited or infected. Subsequently, we were forced to change our views about everything we thought as “normal” or took for granted before. The man, who by definition represents the society, is obliged to move away from that what created him. Our business relies on competitions and sports, which cannot be imagined without collective training or without audience when competing. That picture now seems more like a dream in some countries. How could one watch a football match of the 2020 UEFA Euro Championship without hearing the noise of the stadium? How could we imagine the competitions of the 2020 Olympic Games without the audience encouragement? Sport is not just about the competition itself, it makes us all feel like part of a team with a unique purpose, whether on the stadium, at home in front of the TV or on the streets in the joy frenzy of winning a match. How could one imagine raising the winning trophy, without the thousands spectators all cheering, as one voice. This must give us the strength to go further, to bring life back to normal, by respecting the decisions of the authorities, but also by our work and creativity, to meet future competitions. We are not alone in front of a computer, communicating our plans for the future. Knowing our needs, but also those of others, we will be able to bring a breath of fresh air in our activities and interactions. Life offers us many challenges, not all simple and easy to pass, all of which make us rediscover ourselves. Ethics, humanity and the ability to create new strategies, starting BARCELONA, SPAIN from the team work with colleagues inside a company, but also with all partners in our world of trophies, all help us realize the true energy and power that is in our hands. There is no greater joy than seeing the obstacles, knowing that together we will overcome them and in the end we will win. To have the pride of the one who sees both heaven and hell, but wins without giving up the fundamental values. Personally, I am proud that our company activity had the opportunity to evolve for the past 28 years with sensational partners and a team of great people, all of which I will continue to respect and support, as they have always offered me unconditional trust and the opportunity to shine. “We will be what we were and more than that” is an exhortation from our ancient history, but now more relevant than ever.
