Scientists Discover New
Species
Researchers are still trying to find out What it is, Where it came from, and Why It even exists. For now, they have named it, aptly, wolfpigeon, and continue to research this strange conglomeration. We went in-depth with researchers, and this is what they had to say about it.
Scientists recently, on a field research project, discovered a very odd looking organism. It appeared to look like a cross between a wolf, and a very pigeon-like bird. Scientists are trying to figure out how this could have happened, and many still have no clue. The most pressing question is why it exists in this particular area. The researchers have guessed that the ability to fly will make it easier to see its prey from above the tall grass. The have also speculated that the strong jaws of the wolf head will help grab its prey and hold it. The scientists don't yet know how these bird-like creatures interact (if there are more) with each other. They also don't know whether they build nests, or if they find a den. Scientists have speculated that they are carnivores, because they appear to have the same teeth that a wolf uses to tera meat apart.
