Along with your eating lifestyle, be adventurous in your activities. Diverse scope of
movements—some scheduled, some impromptu—will customize your body effectively
and ideally for your environment.
Proposition Six: In exercising, allow yourself to burn then douse your
guts with pure water.
In regards to discipline and major physical renovation, know that what you already do
will maintain your present shape or further deteriorate it if your habits are destructive. It
matters less how you motivate your exercise, whether you listen to music, read an
inspirational piece, warm up slowly, even lazily, or jump right into it; what is essential,
however, is that you stretch well during and after exercise, and polish, through the joys
and pains of exercise, your physical self, so you can clearly see who you are in honest
evaluation.
Remember Richard Simmons’ slogan: “No pain, no gain, girls!” Even sporting his 80s afro,
he’s still spot on. The burn that you feel within your workout melts your fat and tones
your muscles—it is immediate confirmation that you are gaining results. Within your work
