Drama Guild
As he completes four years as part of the Drama Guild, William Brown SY writes: The past four years on Drama Guild have been filled with lots of ups and downs; but this year, being my last, is so far the best. We did a production of If I Could in My Hood by David White for the Drama Guild’ s 50th Anniversary— one of the strongest casts I’ ve ever been in and an overall success. I feel as if in previous years of the Drama Guild— especially my freshman year— there have been general ideas of the Drama Guild being“ the butt” of the school’ s daily joke. Now that we have a lot more respect in this school, we’ ve even made Father Ed laugh!( A huge accomplishment, considering the fact Fr. Ed never came to see our comedies.) So I can say that I am glad that I stepped into the auditorium that day in January. I’ ve built strong bonds, made great memories, and if I could, I wouldn’ t change a single thing.
