The INDUSTRO Engineering Group, based in Middlesbrough, offers a wide range of services to its clients when offering a full“ turnkey” engineering solution.
As INDUSTRO moves into their tenth year, they have much to celebrate; as well as showing consistent year on year growth, they have provided numerous opportunities through apprentice schemes across a range of skill sets, with those individuals growing into highly valued and important members of the team.
Chris Hunter, now the General Manager at INDUSTRO, is one example of this. After starting as a Welder, he has grown throughout his career to his current position and now helps manage and develop the next generation of talented young people.
WHAT IS TURNKEY ENGINEERING?
A turnkey engineering solution means INDUSTRO will take a project from beginning to end, providing a one-stop shop for its customers.
They will use their various departments to digitally design a building or project, then fabricate the steel which will serve as the“ skeleton”, complete the build, install the electrics and then present the finished product.
