Pathways into engineering
Wilton is proud to support apprenticeships for school leavers who want to learn while they earn.
Today’ s supervisors, managers and engineers started out as apprentices themselves with our very first apprentice now heading up construction, showing that with commitment there is no limit on how you can progress.
The apprentices are part of the firm’ s ongoing commitment to‘ building today to protect the future’, in developing the next generation of skilled engineers.
The company also works closely with local colleges and schools to open doors for the next generation.
From site visits and careers talks to work experience placements, Wilton is helping students connect with exciting opportunities on their doorstep and welcomes that engagement.
