Waythrough is a nationwide charity that began in the North-East, with the aim of breaking down barriers that prevent people from accessing the support they need to live meaningful lives.
In the Tees Valley, Waythrough’ s LEAP programme, a collaborative partnership funded by the National Lottery Community Fund, is a wraparound service helping people take significant steps towards employment, improve their wellbeing and forge stronger community connections.
The acronym LEAP stands for Learning, Empowerment And Participation, which reflects Waythrough’ s commitment to providing tailored and inclusive support to help people feel valued, supported and empowered to shape their own future.
Waythrough doesn’ t just offer employment support, it offers excellent services across England.
With roles across the sector, you could be working in:

In any manner of roles:
• Central services roles – from finance and IT through to people, culture and communications.
