A CAREER THAT STARTS ON

TEESSIDE

HOW WILTON ENGINEERING IS BUILDING TODAY TO PROTECT THE FUTURE

W ilton Engineering is creating opportunities for the future by investing in the next generation of local people to start right here on Teesside.

With more than 60 apprentices developing their careers with the company, Wilton is helping local people gain the skills, experience and qualifications needed to build rewarding futures, while investing in the community and the future of the region.
From the first weld to designing complex engineering structures, apprentices learn skills that matter, earn recognised qualifications and work alongside experienced professionals on major engineering projects.
There’ s no single route to success at Wilton. You could develop your skills in fabrication or welding, explore design and engineering or discover an interest in quality, project management or leading a team.
For some, that could mean becoming highly skilled in a trade. For others, it could lead towards engineering, technical specialisms or supervisory and management roles.
Each journey is different, but every opportunity to learn and develop helps build the skilled workforce of tomorrow.

WILTON ENGINEERING IS PROUD TO BE A PART OF THE NEXT GENERATION

OF TALENT.
