QUALITY ASSURED Warehouse and office units with the perfect location H igh quality warehouse units and office space perfectly located between Darlington and Newcastle have seen a series of sign-ups from a diverse range of businesses. The modern industrial units and newly- built Severn House are part of Mandale Park within Durham’s well-established Belmont Industrial Estate.
