Linda joined the Houndgate team along with Daryl Wheelhouse nearly two years ago and has created an exciting new Summer menu for diners to enjoy, offering breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. During the day, there are lighter options, from sandwiches to salads, risotto to home-made quiche, steak to fish - with the popular choice for the Summer being a Feta Cheese with Fig and Avocado dressed with Pomegranate, with specials changing daily, giving each chef chance to shine their individual dishes. Whilst the evening diners on Fridays and Saturdays can choose from seven starters, including Beetroot, Goat’s Cheese, Garlic and Herb Terrine, seven main dishes, including the 8oz Fillet Steak, Sticky Pork Belly and Cod Loin with King Prawns and seven desserts including tiramisu, lemon posset and double dip strawberries.
