ees firm Bespoke Financial has made
a successful move into mortgage
advice, creating four new jobs
including a permanent role for a
former apprentice.
Set up in November 2014, Bespoke initially
focused purely on providing a range of
financial protection packages to individuals
across Teesside.
Bespoke’s mortgage director Natalie Boult
has joined forces with experienced mortgage
industry specialist Suzanne Pinnell to meet
an increasing demand from clients.
Supported by mortgage manager Michelle
Webster and administrator Jordan Smith,
previously an apprentice with Bespoke,
Natalie and Suzanne offer a comprehensive
range of products from across the market.
Natalie explains: “Having successfully
grown Bespoke’s name in protection, we’ve
branched out in response to a growing
number of requests from our existing client
base.
“We’re already going from strength to
strength, based purely on word of mouth –
with our clients happy to refer us to friends
and family because of the quality of service

An individualised, bespoke service to meet
individual needs means they’ve already dealt
with mortgages ranging from £30,000 to
£650,000.
Natalie adds: “We’re able to offer a very

ongoing.
“We don’t just sell a mortgage and move
on. We’re there to provide an ongoing service
that’s both reliable and trustworthy whenever
our clients need it.”
And she believes many potential
customers are missing an opportunity for
potentially large benefits simply for the lack
of committing an hour’s time to review their
existing mortgage.

She explains: “People often review their
