12 | Tees Business CATERING FIRM IS ON THE UP WITH CONTRACT WINS A Teesside hospitality company which specialises in outside catering is celebrating a number of new contract wins as it looks to build its name across the region. Experienced chef Mark Jones set up Hartlepool-based Executive Catering eight years ago after first taking over the catering and hospitality at Seaton Carew Golf Club. Since then, the firm has won a string of new contracts and built its team of staff up to 30 - made up of full and part-time employees. Executive Catering now operates across the whole of the North East, as well as taking care of all catering and hospitality needs for Wynyard Rooms at Wynyard Park House, Bishop Auckland Golf Club and th
