Strength in commercial property market
evident as Tees region flourishes

“When I first entered the Teesside market with
Sanderson Weatherall I relished the opportunity of

that only a year later we are already witnessing the
market going from strength to strength.
“Despite being relatively small, the Teesside
property market is an incredibly dynamic one with a
lot of activity, particularly in the industrial and office
sectors.
“As an office we’re working alongside occupiers,
owners and investors throughout the region with the
ability to combine local knowledge with our team’s
experience and expertise.”
Sanderson Weatherall’s Teesside office, located
in Stockton, is one of the leading players in the local
property market.
Operating across the Tees Valley, as well as in parts
of County Durham and North Yorkshire, the team has
further strengthened its market position and is now a
