NEW RECRUITS ARE
JUST THE JOB
S
olutions Recruitment has embarked
on an ambitious investment strategy
in support of its strategic objectives
for the coming years.
With major improvements in technology,
digital platforms and infrastructure,
Solutions will be able to pass on significant
benefit to clients, candidates and their own
employees.
The investment doesn’t stop there, with
more than 15 new employees joining the
Newcastle-headquartered organisation in
the first six months of this financial year.
Having celebrated its fifth anniversary
earlier this year, Solutions’ Tees Valley
operation has recently announced the
newest additions to its team.
Ben Lilley and Dominique Lawton have
joined as principal consultants, bringing
an impressive track record of success,
experience and market knowledge to the
team.
Ben will be focusing on interim
appointments in the finance sector while
Dominique will put her skills to good use in
the qualified and management markets for
finance and commercial disciplines.
Matthew Telling, who leads Solutions’
Tees Valley division, said: “I’m delighted
to welcome Dominique and Ben into the
Solutions team. They’re brilliant people
and they’ll add a huge amount of skill and
personality to what is already a close-
knit and successful group working in our
Middlesbrough office. Solutions is an
engaging place to be, and we’re always
working hard to bring in the right characters
to support our growth strategy.
“As recruitment specialists,
it’s vital that we get our own
recruitment right to benefit
our clients who quite rightly
demand a flawless service.”
“As recruitment specialists, it’s vital that
we get our own recruitment right to benefit
our clients who quite rightly demand a
flawless service. We’re very much a values-
based organisation.
“We need the best people internally to
be able to deliver outstanding results, and
I’m 100 per cent confident that our clients
will reap the benefits from a team with
enhanced capability who take great pride in
their performance.”
Solutions’ new recruits will work closely
with Laura Turner, a transactional and part-
qualified specialist who has built an enviable
reputation within the accountancy and
finance recruitment industry in the North-
East and Yorkshire, in both industry and
public practice.
The team also work closely with their
colleagues in Newcastle and across the UK
to provide access to the very best talent in
our region and beyond.
Matthew added: “We understand that
people are an organisation’s greatest asset,
and our people have a wealth of experience
in successfully supporting clients from
SMEs to global multi-nationals. We’re
committed to providing the best possible
recruitment service, as well as creating
additional career development opportunities
internally.”
