Centre Square event
Centre Square, Middlesbrough
A showcase event was held at the newly-completed
Centre Square 2 building, offering 40,000 square
feet of energy-efficient and sustainable office space
alongside Middlesbrough’s mima art gallery and
refurbished Town Hall.
Speaking to an audience of around 100 local
businesspeople, mayor Andy Preston revealed a
change of direction from the council’s previous plans to
build up to five office buildings around Centre Square.

Tees Life issue 10 launch

Special guests attended an event to celebrate the
summer issue of Tees Life, Teesside’s lifestyle
magazine, at financial advisors Joslin Rhodes on
Preston Farm in Stockton.
