One of the region ’ s longest established law firms , Jacksons , has moved its new head offices to Falcon Court . The award-winning firm , which was established in 1876 in Middlesbrough and celebrated its 140th anniversary in 2016 , begins a new chapter after spending 20 years at Innovation House in Stockton .

The partners at the law firm worked closely with Teesside-based commercial property agents , Connect Property North East ( CPNE ), who assisted in the sale of the formerlynamed MH Wirth House , which has now been aptly renamed Jacksons Law Firm .
CPNE are long-standing clients of Jacksons , who advised the agents on their recent commercial property purchase in Halegrove Court , Stockton .
CPNE are agents for the whole of Falcon Court and recently sold Varsity House , also on Falcon Court , to property consultants Robertson Simpson , with Jacksons advising them on their commercial property acquisition .
Robertson Simpson have advised Jacksons on the fit out of the law firm ’ s new office completing the triangle of three local businesses working together and advising each other .
Jacksons , which also has an office in Newcastle as well as office facilities in Sunderland and Darlington , converted to an alternative business structure in 2016 , allowing them to appoint their first non-legal member of staff as partner .
The firm was recognised at the Northern
Law Awards for its property work and was presented with ‘ Team of the Year – Property 2017 ’ accolade and were finalists in this year ’ s Insider Property Awards .
