The Emmerson Room Located on the ground floor, the Emmerson is a versatile training room. Accommodating up to 60 people, it features refreshment facilities, a projector, a TV and a full wall of inspirational quotes. Whether you’ re delivering training or hosting a workshop the Emmerson provides a bright, practical environment that helps teams feel ready to engage.
The Newport Room On the second floor, the Newport offers a light, airy setting ideal for strategy away days, meetings and smaller team sessions. With space for up to 14 people, it offers a large TV screen and a hand‐painted mural that tells the story of the business.
The Boardroom Also situated on the second floor, the Boardroom provides a more formal environment for up to 20 guests. It’ s well suited to high‐level meetings, presentations and strategic away days where focus and professionalism matter. With an adjoining kitchen, it’ s perfect for working lunches or longer meetings, allowing teams to stay on task without interruption.
The Riverside Bar – offers a relaxed yet versatile setting that can be hired for a wide range of celebrations and private events accommodating up to 100 guests.

The suite is offered free of charge to charities and community groups on a Monday as part of our community engagement programme.
The Riverside Bar The Riverside Bar offers a relaxed yet versatile setting that can be hired for a wide range of celebrations and private events. Accommodating up to 100 guests, it features a balcony with views across the port and the Middlesbrough skyline, along with outdoor seating for warm days. Whether it’ s a party, a reception, or a social gathering, the Riverside Bar provides a welcoming atmosphere, making it an ideal backdrop for memorable occasions.
