WINNER
INTASITE
More growth is on the cards for online site safety firm Intasite. The Stockton-based firm’ s constantly evolving digital platform continues to revolutionise on-site inductions, with a host of big names now on board. Over the past 12 months, three-year contracts were secured with the likes of
VodafoneThree, Mitie, Biffa and Southeastern Railway. Now Intasite has another award for the trophy cabinet. And according to commercial director Danielle Croce – the 2024 Tees Businesswoman of the Year – such recognition comes at a time of several new chapters in the Intasite story.
Danielle said:“ This is fantastic and it’ s come at such a great time for us because we’ re really scaling the business.
“ We’ ve grown the team significantly, we’ re moving offices and I think it’ s a great night to introduce the team to these awards and to celebrate how far we’ ve come.”
Founded in 2015, Intasite is now a 15-strong team – but a couple of new additions were expected within weeks of awards night.
And while the company is staying in Stockton’ s Level Q complex, it’ s moving into a new 3,283-sq ft office – four times the size of its current space, with dedicated collaboration areas, team rooms, a town hall space and boardroom.
Danielle said:“ The growth of the last 12 months has been great – a 50 % growth. And the types of clients we work with show we’ re really making an impact in terms of streamlining that whole induction and site access process for them.
“ Especially since Covid, we’ ve seen an increase in adapting this type of tech to reduce those manual processes and keep people safer on site. It’ s all about compliance, managing risk and keeping people safe.
“ We currently have around 85 clients live on the platform and we induct hundreds of thousands to the system every year.
“ And what’ s really great is we’ ve got about a 95 % retention rate. So, from day one, we’ ve hardly ever lost a client and we’ re really proud of that.
“ But I’ m just really pleased for the guys. We’ ve honed in on who we are as a business, what type of people we want to employ and I think we’ ve got really solid foundations with that – the whole team is brilliant.”
