Paralloy Group strengthens global growth with European acquisition and major Teesside expansion
Paralloy Group is continuing its ambitious growth strategy with major international investment and regional expansion projects designed to strengthen its position within the global energy and industrial sectors.
The Teesside engineering and manufacturing specialist has recently completed the acquisition of French foundry, Fonderies Hachette et Driout, in partnership with Framatome.
The newly formed operation will now trade as Firth Vickers France, marking a significant milestone in Paralloy Group’ s continued international growth and its commitment to delivering world-class stainless steel and nickel components and end-to-end manufacturing services.
The acquisition further enhances Paralloy Group’ s expertise and manufacturing footprint within Europe, creating new opportunities to support customers operating in nuclear, defence, energy and industrial sectors.

Alongside its international expansion, Paralloy Group is also investing heavily in the North-East with the continued development of its TeesAmp facility on Teesside.
The expansion will deliver significant additional fabrication and CNC machining capacity to meet increasing demand from the rapidly growing energy sector.
The investment represents another major vote of confidence in Teesside’ s industrial future and will create several highly skilled new jobs within the region across engineering, CNC machining, welding and assembly.
The expanded TeesAmp operation will allow Paralloy Group to further strengthen its ability to deliver large-scale, complex manufacturing solutions, supporting both UK industry and international export opportunities.
