Fitfactory in good shape for exciting new era

It’ s been a year of evolution for multiaward-winning software specialist Fitfactory – and exciting developments are promised in 2026. The Stockton-based firm has spent 2025 consolidating its already proven track record in software solutions excellence.

But while it may not have maintained such a high profile as in previous years, which saw a string of awards come its way, there’ s been lots of work going on behind the scenes.
And if all goes to plan, it will see Fitfactory power through 2026 with a raft of talented new staff, an exciting new product – and even a new CEO.

Since joining the company in May 2021, current CEO Jason Pritchard has guided the firm to year-on-year success and oversaw its successful purchase in 2023 by acquisition company Everfield.
With a 23 % annual growth rate – the fourth consecutive year it has posted a 20 %“ plus” figure – and an impressive amount of new customers, including an exciting new client in Canada, Fitfactory is well placed to take its next growth steps – but it will do so with Jason in a new role.
As of November 1, Jason became responsible for a region of Everfield’ s 38-strong stable of companies – including Fitfactory – as its UK and Ireland group director.
He’ ll oversee Fitfactory for the time being, pending the appointment next year of a new CEO.
And as he and CTO Robert Johnston discuss the firm’ s future plans, there’ s clear excitement for what’ s to come, both
