Upskilling colleagues : fostering leadership and growth One way the firm helps its people upskill and supports the growth of future business leaders is through the AV Dawson Leadership Academy .
Founded in 2023 and open to all colleagues , the academy is led by
AV Dawson ’ s people and culture director , Louise Croce .
It consists of a range of workshops , oneto-one meetings and guest lectures – with a broad range of support tailored to suit the needs of each individual .
Colleagues can access resources , podcasts , webinars and book onto masterclasses at the touch of a button , through a bespoke online training portal . They can also share feedback and experiences through the portal to help improve the programme .
To complement this , the firm recently launched its second programme to support its operational employees – the AV Dawson Skills Academy , an upskilling programme focused on helping develop skills in their specific roles .
It aims to expand their knowledge and capabilities across five key areas while offering opportunities to earn professional qualifications .
