SHANE HOPSON , BUSINESS ADMIN APPRENTICE Born and raised on Teesside , former Teesside University student Shane is the second apprentice at Tees Business , having switched from working in customer service to his admin apprenticeship , which includes day release at Middlesbrough College . PHILIP TALLENTIRE , FEATURE WRITER Philip worked for GlaxoSmithKline before moving into journalism .
