As the largest division within Bulk Tainer Group , which is based on Stokesley Business Park , Bulk Tainer Logistics is the group ’ s isotank operating arm and at the very core of the business – indeed , the group ’ s other divisions have ultimately been created to provide additional services to Bulk Tainer Logistics .
Its substantial and ever-expanding tank container fleet features a 20ft fleet ranging from 25,000 to 26,000 litre tanks for short and deep sea business and a 31,000 to 35,000 litre swap fleet to maximise payloads in the short sea market .
Its continuous new-build programme and high-spec containers mean customer needs , quality and safety are always paramount .

Middlesbrough It ’ s created 90 new jobs in a year – but Northern Skills Group Business Services says it needs to keep growing to provide businesses with the workforce they need .
The apprenticeship and training arm of Middlesbrough College , the group ’ s 35 % workforce growth earned it the VelociTees Job Creation – Large Business title , sponsored by the newly rebranded Atomix Educational Trust , ahead of fellow finalists MAP Group ( 26 % growth ) and Bulk Tainer Group ( 13 %).
Northern Skills Group ’ s training courses and programmes are carefully selected to reflect business requirements , shaping the economic future of the Tees region .
Its specialist team has unrivalled industry experience , allowing learners to develop the skills they need to excel in their sector . With training courses and apprenticeships delivered across the North-East , plus dentistry apprenticeship programmes in York , Northern Skills delivers an extensive range of courses across many industries , including engineering , accountancy , digital , electrical , construction , customer service and manufacturing , as well as leadership and management programmes .
But Gary Potts , Middlesbrough College vice principal : business , innovation and community partnerships , says there ’ s still more growth in store .
He told Tees Business : “ It ’ s always nice to be recognised for the impact you ’ re having but for us , it ’ s never over – we ’ ve got to keep going .
“ We know we have our part to play in support of employers to ensure they can thrive . So this award is fantastic , but we ’ ll go back and keep doing what we ’ re doing .”
Gary said the award was “ testament to all employers and businesses who invest in their staff , recognising that if we want to be market and world leaders , with Tees Valley leading the way , we ’ re going to need the skills to do it .”
